Shapely's Last Rows

Finally, I've finished the back of the Shapely Tee. Now I just need to put the edging around the neck and armholes and then sew up the seams.

The funny thing is, it's still warm enough to wear it around here. This week we're having highs in the 80s. Last week we were having highs in the 90s. I am so ready for fall.

I've also been buying books. Well, at least one book. I liked Sweater Design in Plain English so much that I bought Knitting in Plain English.

It's a basic knitting how-to book with only black and white pictures. Don't let that fool you though. It still has a lot of good problem solving information in it. The book didn't break the bank either. I'm pleased that I got it. I've got a lot of basic knitting books but this one fills some gaps.

Things are still hectic around here, so that's pretty much it for knitting progress. It should get better soon though.
