A Prize

This is a quick post because I'm getting ready to go to a conference. I won a prize last week at the House of 9 Lives for the blog's first anniversary. The package arrived today with something for everyone. I won a cute bracelet. It's metal but it's stretchy.

Oops, that's Katie's arm reaching in there to grab the ribbon. Moments later she reached in to grab the bracelet but I decided it was better to rescue the bracelet than try to take a picture. The nine cats - Jazz, Lilah, Barny, Boomer, Blossom, Alley, Flirt, Kosmo, and Casanova included a little something for Katie and the ferrets. There's some Meox Mix Ocean Explosion for Katie. She's already had to share some of her treats with the ferrets. Then there's some Shepard and Greene Chicken Bacon and Ranch treats. Now the ranch part of the treats seemed kind of puzzling but the ferrets weren't puzzled at all.

They loved the treats! That's Clyde checking out the treats and the bracelet. Even Clyde, who isn't normally interested in treats, loved these. He stole as many of them as he could. The tissue paper has been fun for everyone too. Thanks to the humans and the kitties for the nice prize.

I'll be heading up to Ohio for the weekend so I'll catch up when I get back.
