Look! A Ferret!

Here's a picture of ferret to divert your attention from the fact that I haven't been blogging or knitting lately.

Things became completely crazy here. Let's just say it's just me, Katie cat, and the ferrets here now and leave it at that. We're fine, just surviving some craziness.

Because of all that, I haven't been doing much knitting, although I did get some knitting done during #imaginaryrhinebeck this weekend on Twitter. On Saturday night, the Yarn Harlot invited all of us on Twitter who couldn't go to the real Rhinebeck, to go to Imaginaryrhinebeck. There were (imaginary) food, drinks, a bonfire, shopping, fiber, knitting, and singing. It was a fun substitute for the real thing. If you didn't know already, I'm ferrethouse on Twitter. I'm not always that regular with updates though and I follow an eclectic group of people.

While I was at the library the other day, they had a display of knitted food from the local knitting guild.

I took this photo with my cell phone so hopefully it's okay. There was also another display case with red scarves for the Red Scarf Project. No picture for that display. I'm not a member of the guild but I do go to the local knitting group get togethers now and then.

Maybe this week I can get back into some kind of blogging routine.
